Brief:
To design a book cover for a horror novel called
‘Devils Inn’

Target Audience:
Male and female horror fans aged 18–30 who enjoy intellectual stimulation and the rush of adrenaline they experience when they’re scared.

Idea:
The horrors that lie beneath.
Under a sweet looking cabin are the roots of evil, reaching into the devil’s home itself.

Process/Software:
Adobe Photoshop: used to create the background imagery, comping together multiple images and blending these.
Adobe Illustrator: used to create type to reflect creepy tree roots.
Adobe InDesign: used to layout artwork to specific size ready for print.
