Not every yoga brand needs to look like it was shot on a rooftop in Bali by someone who hasn't eaten carbs since 2019. Heart Flow Yoga is for real women, the ones who want to feel better in their bodies, move a little more, and actually enjoy it. No intimidation. No Instagram selfies. Just yoga.

THE CHALLENGE
Create a visual identity that felt welcoming and warm. The brand needed to say "come as you are" and feel like it belonged in the yoga space whilst still standing apart. Preferably in a tree pose.

THE SOLUTION
It started with the name. Heart Flow, two words with so much to work with. A custom hand lettered logo brought the whole thing to life, with the 'A' in Heart becoming a heart shape, elegantly stylised and fluid, as if the very letterform had found its flow. Flow became the central idea, with each letter carrying seamlessly into the next. That same flowing line became the foundation for eight bespoke yoga pose characters: simple, expressive figures that feel human rather than athletic, accessible rather than aspirational.

A warm earthy palette of sage green, soft cream and rich brown keeps the brand grounded, familiar enough to feel at home in the wellness world, relaxed enough to welcome anyone walking through the door for the very first time.

The full identity spans logo, typography, colour palette, pose illustration suite, business cards, stationery and brand merchandise, everything a new studio needs to feel like it was always meant to exist. Designed with heart. Obviously.
